Product Data Analyst (Fintech)

Product Data Analyst (Fintech): Providing insights, performance analysis, KPIs monitoring, and data-supported recommendations that influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, client experience improvements, and operational efficiency. Focus on transforming raw data into meaningful insights to guide business and product decisions, while supporting the department with performance dashboards, project metrics, and reporting automation.

Location: Hybrid work model (2 days working from home) in Larnaca, Cyprus

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain product performance reports for all product areas (Trading, Payments, Affiliate, Copy, Onboarding, Mobile App, Platforms, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs and product health metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to support informed decision-making across the Product Department.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for product monitoring, stakeholder visibility, and strategic insights.
• Support project metrics and monitoring tools, ensuring accurate tracking, progress visibility, and reporting consistency.
• Run ad-hoc analysis to support product strategy discussions, market assessments, and business planning.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to learn modern product practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and experience working with product or business KPIs.
