What you will do

• Help hirify.global connect with B2B targets (financial institutions, neo-banks, brokers, crypto businesses) in the Africa region by leveraging or creating a network for White Label services.
• Build and execute a business strategy, overseeing regional sales and partnerships, focusing on deal execution and scalability.
• Define and measure business goals and impact, monitoring performance and communicating metrics to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with product peers and other functional stakeholders, aligning products with market conditions based on regional intelligence.
• Oversee growth and marketing execution across channels and manage local PR, representing hirify.global at regional financial and innovation events.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales roles in a SaaS or similar B2B enterprise environment, ideally in fintech with engagement with banks.
• Strong understanding of the crypto industry, brokerage, investing, and online trading platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously and get results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, communication, and language skills.
