What you will do

• Advise and partner with Business Teams and Leaders on HR matters.
• Drive Organizational Effectiveness in close association with business units and functional leaders.
• Help set, deliver, and be accountable for Corporate and global HR objectives and business objectives.
• Develop and coordinate the realization of the roadmap and strategy for HR programs and initiatives.
• Establish and set day-to-day priorities for business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an R&D function required.
• Experience working in high-quality environments, including mid-to-large, global companies.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, principles, and procedures, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Experience managing small and large HR projects, including defining scope, driving deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
