hirify.global is building business management software for companies of all sizes, centralizing key workflows across HR, finance, and operations.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and deep-dive demos for IT and Ops leaders across the European market.
  • Show how the product enables hardware procurement and configuration in under 2 minutes.
  • Explain how the UEM natively supports ISO 27001 readiness, moving beyond the limitations of tools like Apple Business Manager.
  • Demonstrate how the platform identifies "Zombie Licenses" to reduce customer SaaS spend by 15-20%.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape demos and future roadmap.
  • Track and forecast technical opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Pre-Sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Security.
  • Native or bilingual German and professional English.
  • Technical understanding of MDM/UEM, device deployment, and SaaS integrations.
  • Strong consultative discovery skills to uncover "manual engineering failures".
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build, test, and iterate from 0 to 1.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certifications.
  • Experience selling to IT personas (CTO, VP Engineering, CISO).
  • Knowledge of the DACH IT ecosystem and compliance requirements.
