What you will do

Design and implement global compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
Ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations.
Conduct comparative analyses of employee benefits across geographical regions, identifying trends and best practices.
Develop and recommend strategies for optimizing benefits packages to meet local needs.
Manage the organization’s share options program and lead global compensation review cycles.
Perform regular internal and external benchmarks for compensation and benefits against industry standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in global compensation and benefits, including managerial roles.
Deep understanding of compensation laws and regulations (e.g., The EU Pay Transparency Directive).
Proven experience in developing and leading compensation strategies in a global context.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and benchmarking.
Proficient in HRIS and compensation software; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills required.
