What you will do
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients, focusing on Search campaigns.
- Handle keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy testing, and bidding/budget management.
- Monitor key metrics (leads, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments.
- Deliver consistent reporting, explaining results and recommendations in plain language.
- Track performance across a large portfolio of client accounts and proactively flag underperforming campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads with measurable performance improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data at scale and translating it into action steps.
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining results to clients.
- Working knowledge of key marketing tools and dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google LSA setup and performance management.
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management.
- Google Ads certifications (or willingness to earn them).
- Experience improving lead quality.
