What you will do

  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients, focusing on Search campaigns.
  • Handle keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy testing, and bidding/budget management.
  • Monitor key metrics (leads, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Deliver consistent reporting, explaining results and recommendations in plain language.
  • Track performance across a large portfolio of client accounts and proactively flag underperforming campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads with measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data at scale and translating it into action steps.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining results to clients.
  • Working knowledge of key marketing tools and dashboards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google LSA setup and performance management.
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management.
  • Google Ads certifications (or willingness to earn them).
  • Experience improving lead quality.
