TL;DR

Senior Demand Generation Campaign Manager: Owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation programs with an accent on pipeline growth and revenue impact. Focus on leading portfolio-level strategies, developing innovative campaigns, and optimizing performance across digital and traditional channels.

Location: Remote (US), with occasional travel for annual meetings and tradeshows.

What you will do

  • Define and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid search, social, SEO, events, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, delivering quarterly reports on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and content teams to create compelling assets.
  • Oversee PPC, PPL, and HQL programs with partners and manage tradeshow/event strategy.
  • Work closely with BDR and Sales teams to optimize lead quality and accelerate pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in B2B demand generation or campaign management (ERP or SaaS preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, ABM platforms, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to collaborate on content that resonates with ERP buyers.
  • Deep understanding of the ERP sales cycle.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • BS/BBA in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ERP or SaaS marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, inbound strategy, and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • People management experience or ability to mentor a coordinator.
  • Experience with Asana.
