Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with flexibility to work from home in the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Provide friendly, precise 1st line support via ticketing system, video calls, and phone calls.
- Care for Benelux customers on at least two product lines, resolving issues and answering questions.
- Serve as the internal product referent, understanding the Talent Management Suite inside out and working with other customer-facing departments.
- Work on side projects such as the Help Center and Internal Knowledge Base.
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance software quality.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role.
- (Near) Native Dutch and fluent in English.
- Possess strong technical skills for working closely with a technical team.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and explaining information clearly to customers.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a team player and collaborative attitude.
