What you will do

• Own the technical success of assigned customer accounts across their entire intelligence journey, from onboarding to renewal.
• Partner with customers to define and deliver intelligence-led outcomes using hirify.global’s full suite of capabilities.
• Monitor and drive intelligence platform adoption, usage patterns and integration health to ensure sustained operational success.
• Conduct periodic account health reviews, presenting value realization metrics and maturity progression.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to account health and renewal.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor, collaborating with various security teams on configuration, data integration, and optimization.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of consulting or other customer-facing cyber threat intelligence, security operations or cyber advisory roles within enterprise or vendor settings.
• Strong demonstrable understanding of fundamental intelligence principles, concepts, frameworks and tradecraft.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, innate attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in account health and relationship management, risk mitigation, retention, and growth.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cyber security, computing science, intelligence studies or related field.
• Must be based in South Korea.
