What you will do
- Build and grow relationships with senior financial services stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, shaping strategic roadmaps across digital experience, data & AI, commerce and enterprise transformation.
- Own commercial performance across your client portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting and long-term growth planning.
- Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling hirify.global’s end-to-end services and lead new business pursuits.
- Lead account planning and strategic prioritisation, aligning internal teams around shared objectives.
- Partner closely with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction for complex programmes.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with financial services clients, such as banks, insurers, fintechs, or asset/wealth managers.
- Solid understanding of regulatory environments, digital platforms, data governance, and security considerations.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success owning and growing multi-million-pound accounts.
- Understanding of trends such as open banking, embedded finance, AI, personalisation, and platform modernisation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in executive-level discussions.
