TL;DR

Manager, Partnerships - Connect (eCommerce): Defining and scaling hirify.global's Partner Ecosystem and monetization strategy across EMEA with an accent on recruiting and enabling partners, co-selling, and marketing activation. Focus on driving pipeline, ACV, and GMV through a high-performing ecosystem and launching new revenue streams.

Location: This role is based onsite in London, UK or Paris, France.

What you will do

  • Build and execute the partner strategy in target regions (FR, DE, UK, IT, ES).
  • Recruit, qualify, onboard, and enable new partners, orchestrating lead generation and co-selling activities.
  • Launch and scale partner marketing initiatives including webinars, events, sponsorships, and content.
  • Collaborate with Sales EMEA and Technical/App Store teams to prioritize integrations and maximize visibility.
  • Define and lead negotiations for monetization strategy across diverse partner categories to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Grow seller GMV and hirify.global revenues through activation and monetization of channel connectors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales/partnerships with a clear track record of partner-led growth.
  • Extensive experience across commerce ecosystems including platforms, SIs, agencies, ISVs, and connectors.
  • Proven end-to-end partner motion, covering hunting, enablement, and short-cycle co-selling governance.
  • Strong sales craft, including negotiation, deal acceleration, and joint pipeline management.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Demonstrated startup mindset with fast execution, high ownership, autonomy, and agility.

  • German language skills are a strong plus.
