What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and implementation of AI/ML projects focused on LLMs.
• Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions within the AWS ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AI/ML, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in a TechLead or similar leadership role.
• Must be based in or legally authorized to work from Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, or Armenia.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
