What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across all finance functions.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
• Automate manual tasks within finance processes, including reconciliations, APIs, and data scraping.
• Evaluate and recommend new finance technologies and connectivity between systems (ERP, FP&A, RPA).
• Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience at a high-growth company.
• Experience working within a finance function (Finance Operations or Finance Manager/Controller), with familiarity in month-end and annual close processes.
• Experience with implementing and integrating finance technologies (ERP, FP&A software, RPA).
• Mandatory in-office presence four days per week in Dallas or London office.

Nice to have

• Understanding of internal and external audit processes.
• Experience with NetSuite and FloQast.
