Technical Operations Officer (Igaming)

Technical Operations Officer (Igaming): Supporting the efficiency and scalability of operational processes by developing automation solutions and maintaining technical tools across the organisation with an accent on building and maintaining scripts, resolving technical issues within operational systems, and integrating key platforms. Focus on aligning with IT & Security teams for best practices, and supporting departments with stats & reporting.

Location: This is an on-site position only. Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Google Apps Script, Javascript, APIs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in operational tools.
• Build automation solutions for repetitive tasks and support integration of tools (Zendesk, Jira, GitLab, PowerBI etc.).
• Align with IT & Security teams for best practices.
• Support departments with stats & reporting.

Requirements

• Good skills in Apps Script & Any programming language. (Python, Javascript, etc).
• Experience with APIs & automation projects.
• Analytical & problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tech tasks in parallel.
• Familiar with API concepts.
