What you will do

• Learn and understand the components, features, and capabilities of Canva Education.
• Design high-quality instructional materials using Canva, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant handouts, activity templates, microlearning assets, student engagement activities, Canva video, and other PD-aligned resources.
• Refine and enhance existing content to improve clarity, engagement, accessibility, and instructional impact.
• Work closely with CLCs to understand educator needs, gather input, and iterate on professional development content.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting established timelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, education, professional development, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Canva required; experience designing instructional or presentation content in Canva strongly preferred.
• Ability to design engaging, visually compelling learning materials that meet educator learning best practices.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have

• Background in K–12 education is a plus.
