Graphic Designer

TL;DR

Graphic Designer: Creating fresh and compelling visual designs and layouts across sports, music, and entertainment with an accent on strong layout and typography skills, and building consistent visual systems. Focus on crafting static and motion/video assets for social media platforms and digital marketing materials.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in-office) in Los Angeles, CA (USA). Remote work is also possible from Texas (USA) or Oregon (USA). Additional in-person event coverage may be required.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000, plus bonus potential.

What you will do

• Work simultaneously on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Execute visually compelling design requests to support company needs.
• Craft static and motion/video assets for Instagram, X, and TikTok, ensuring optimization for each platform.
• Create logos, graphics, presentations, and digital marketing materials.
• Stay connected to cultural trends in graphic design to ensure fresh and relevant work.
• Manage time efficiently and communicate clearly with your manager and team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing digital creative assets in an ad agency or similar environment.
• Strong layout and typography skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Solid grasp of all major social platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Genuine interest and passion for sports, music, and entertainment.

Nice to have

• Enjoy motion and animation and desire to push those skills further.
• Interest in still and video content capturing with opportunity to attend major events.
