What you will do

• Create, refine, and maintain high-quality 3D assets within the studio’s DCC pipeline.
• Prepare and integrate assets into real-time engines, including Unreal Engine.
• Set up and adapt materials and material instances to meet project and brand requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to deliver assets on time and to specification.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of studio workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Support and mentor junior team members as the department grows.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering photorealistic 3D assets and materials for high-end visual or real-time outputs.
• Proven experience in a similar CGI / 3D asset or data-modelling role.
• Strong hands-on experience with 3ds Max and/or Maya.
• Solid understanding of 3D asset creation and preparation workflows.
• Practical experience working with assets in real-time engines (Unreal Engine experience is highly desirable).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD data preparation (e.g. IGES / NURBS) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of tools such as PIXYZ, Rhino, Deltagen, Unreal Engine, VRay.
• Basic scripting experience within DCC or real-time environments (e.g. Blueprints, Python, MEL, MaxScript).
• An interest in AI-assisted or data-driven pipelines, including emerging tools and workflows that support asset creation, optimisation or automation.
• Automotive or high-fidelity product visualisation experience.
