What you will do
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in implementation processes.
- Own risk assessment and provide escalation support for implementations.
- Cultivate senior internal and client relationships, leading kick-off meetings.
- Line manage Implementation Managers and ensure team development.
- Accountable for successful delivery of medium and large, complex implementations within scope, time, and budget.
- Build comprehensive implementation plans and lead regular client status meetings.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in implementation management with a record of delivering successful, complex projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising Implementation Managers.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strategic focus on client satisfaction.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resource management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with project management software/tools.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable.
