What you will do

Lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion, focusing on innovative visual solutions for B2B communications.
Conceptualise and guide the development of tailored visual solutions that effectively communicate client messages.
Produce striking presentations and digital documents with a continual drive to refine and develop advanced design skills.
Implement original graphic design solutions with meticulous attention to detail while strategically managing client deliveries and project timelines.
Foster effective working relationships and mentor junior designers within the team.
Merge imagery and copy into captivating presentations and collateral using advanced design techniques.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a design professional who excels in fast-paced environments with a strategic mindset.
Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding teams through complex design briefs.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and innovative design principles.
Experience in B2B communications and marketing message development.
Team-oriented mindset with ability to foster collaboration within creative environments.
