Salary: $90,000 - $200,000 plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Recruit and represent digital talent across fitness, health, fashion, family, and beauty.
• Source, manage, and service digital partnerships for talent.
• Identify and maintain relationships with new brands.
• Collaborate with agents to drive opportunities for clients.
• Oversee and develop staff, managing workload and delegating responsibilities.
• Integrate with other departments to enhance clients’ businesses and brands.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of social media from a business and consumer perspective.
• 4-5+ years of talent management/influencer marketing experience (preferably at an agency).
• 1-2 years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Superb teamwork and team management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel, often with short notice (about 20% of the time).
