What you will do
- Lead the development of creative concepts for digital and social media campaigns in collaboration with copywriters and teams from various departments.
- Utilize industry-leading AI tools to enhance the creation of visual content and improve workflow efficiency.
- Design and produce engaging visual content that aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop and deliver sophisticated presentations to clearly communicate visual strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of current design trends, digital innovations, and advancements in AI to optimize creative work.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality visual outcomes.
Requirements
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and creative design skills.
- Proficiency in English is required, and having German skills at a B2 level would be an advantage.
- Extensive experience in digital and agency environments with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Proficient in using design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team.
- Please note it's a 18-month Contract with the option for extension
