Location: London, England, United Kingdom. 2 days a week from Uxbridge, Stockley park offices & 1 day from London HQ

What you will do

• Develop and implement processes that promote high standards of work and efficient client servicing.
• Drive transformation and improvement in day-to-day processes to decrease cost-to-effort ratios and maintain effective information flow.
• Oversee resource scheduling and utilisation, ensuring efficiencies through a streamlined approach.
• Ensure project management discipline is standardised and best-in-class across all operational areas.
• Create, maintain, and analyse reports to understand and act upon key indicators, including utilisation and adherence to processes.

Requirements

• Use job and time management information to estimate, track, and analyse projects and department utilisation.
• Have an understanding of client-related people processes.
• Be results-driven and oriented, maintaining an analytical approach focused on transformation.
• Demonstrate excellent project budget management and scheduling.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience, with proven success in project delivery and managing operations personnel effectively.
• Deep familiarity with the Oliver IIG model and experience in sectors that align with the agency’s core areas of expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver transformative changes within an organisation, fostering best practices and innovation.
• Extensive experience with products and services relevant to our clients, coupled with a strong track record of implementing systems and technologies to enhance business performance.
• A credible background as an Operations Director, highlighting strategic leadership in improving operational outcomes.
