Requirements

• Passion for impactful graphics, typography, layout, and idea generation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and sell ideas to B2B audiences.
• Ability to manage, lead, and mentor other designers.
• Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and graphic design principles focused on B2B applications.
• Familiarity with multiple channels and formats including print, digital, and social media.
