What you will do

• Build and grow the team, acting as a leading example across the business.
• Work with project managers to allocate resources and ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead major projects, liaising with directors and clients for smooth information flow and success.
• Supervise project managers, setting standards, conducting reviews, and transferring knowledge.
• Produce regular reports covering project status, risks, issues, and KPIs.
• Oversee resource scheduling and utilisation to ensure efficiencies.
• Act as an escalation point for project managers and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Desire to define new ways of working, streamline processes, and focus on optimisation and technologies for efficiency.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients.
• Results-driven and analytical approach with a thirst for transformation.
• Excellent project management and planning skillsets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior project management role or above.
