TL;DR

Jr. Designer (Graphic Design): Creating visually compelling digital and social content, primarily static assets for social media channels, to support company needs. Focus on digital and print design, presentation and digital marketing materials, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Location: Must be based in the Los Angeles/Brooklyn area, with expectation of three days a week of in-office work, and additional in-person coverage of events as needed.

Salary: $55,000-70,000 CAD plus bonus potential.

• Execute visually appealing and compelling design requests, primarily static assets for social media channels.
• Manage time efficiently, communicating with manager at all touch points of the project.
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Create compelling digital and social content from start to finish.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing digital creative assets.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge in working with AI tools.
• Strong foundation in typography and graphic design fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of leading social platforms.
