What you will do

• Deliver best-in-class social performance insights that drive actionable recommendations for social teams.
• Interpret and integrate data from organic, paid, influencer, and social listening sources.
• Build outputs such as audience segments, content pillars, and format effectiveness to inform content strategies.
• Use social listening tools to track brand reputation, cultural trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Act as an evangelist for measurement and insight, both internally and with client partners.

Requirements

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge of social metrics across organic, paid, and influencer activations.
• Hands-on experience with paid social performance metrics.
