What you will do

• Search for and attract corporate clients (B2B).
• Work with existing partners and customers to sell authorized IT training and certifications.
• Prepare and defend commercial proposals, participating in tenders and competitive procedures.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Work with CRM and sales funnel reporting, while also monitoring competitors.
• Consult clients on IT training needs.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent, English – intermediate.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (IT services/software sales preferred).
• Understanding of corporate sales and long-term sales cycles.
• Negotiation skills with corporate clients.
• Experience with commercial proposals and contracts.

• Experience with CRM systems.
