What you will do

• Search for and attract corporate clients (B2B) and work with existing partners and customers.
• Sell authorized IT training and certifications to HR, L&D, IT managers, and department heads.
• Prepare and defend commercial proposals and participate in tenders.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and provide consultations on IT training.
• Work with CRM and sales funnel reporting and monitor competitors.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent, English – intermediate.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (IT services/software sales preferred).
• Understanding of corporate sales and long-term sales cycles.
• Negotiation skills with corporate clients and ability to handle objections.
• Experience with commercial proposals, contracts, tenders, MS Office, and CRM systems.
