hirify.global is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer specializing in the home and living niche, selling premium furniture through localized e-commerce websites in the US, UK, and EU.

What you will do

  • Strategically manage and scale a high-budget Google Ads portfolio, focusing on Search, Shopping, Performance Max (Pmax), and Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Lead the development and execution of various testing processes across campaigns, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.
  • Actively own, monitor, and report on performance KPIs using both Google Ads and internal BI tools, translating complex data into clear, actionable growth strategies.
  • Monitor broader industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools into daily workflows to significantly reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to recommend UX and conversion rate improvements, ensuring recommendations are supported by data and tangible performance insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads, including Search and Shopping campaigns (Ecom will be considered as a bonus).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing metrics: ROAS, CPA, CVR and other.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
