What you will do

• Understand and drive business outcomes by owning key metrics like Core Web Vitals and organic growth.
• Drive technical decisions, owning the technology stack from architecture to implementation.
• Lead and mentor a team of WordPress developers, fostering a culture of ownership.
• Interface with Product Managers to mediate between business requirements and technical constraints.
