What you will do
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across various departments, from tech to iGaming.
- Design tailored hiring strategies and proactively source top global talent.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers, providing market insights and coaching.
- Enhance the candidate experience, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company values.
- Optimize and scale recruitment processes, tracking key metrics for efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-growing digital, tech, or iGaming companies.
- Proven success hiring across media, marketing, creative, tech, or iGaming functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience recruiting for remote-first companies, assuring cultural and communicational fit.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BambooHR ATS or similar systems.
- Understanding of talent analytics and content performance metrics.
