What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure shared understanding and efficient product execution.
• Translate product strategy into clear, prioritized, and execution-ready product roadmaps.
• Evaluate market, customer, and partner requirements to decide on scalable platform capabilities.
• Monitor market developments and competitive dynamics, translating insights into product opportunities.
• Identify and resolve areas of disagreement through structured communication and clear product decisions.
• Provide structured product input and support product-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical degree and experience in electronics, hardware, or software environments, combined with practical IT knowledge.
• Proven Product Management experience with the ability to translate market, customer and partner needs into clear priorities and value-driven product decisions.
• Strong understanding of market developments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into meaningful product improvements and prioritization.
• Ability to work closely with product leadership to define clear decision structures and turn strategic direction into execution-ready product decisions.
• Team player with organizational skills, thriving in a team and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• High customer orientation and the ability to adapt.
• English: Excellent communication skills in English are non-negotiable. German is a plus.
• Be prepared to travel as needed.
