TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Growth): Leading initiatives to optimize customer funnels, experiment with pricing, and unlock new revenue opportunities for a healthtech platform with an accent on conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and monetisation strategies. Focus on designing and running A/B tests, interpreting data-driven insights, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Location: Hybrid role based in London Bridge 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Own and analyse the customer conversion funnel to identify and prioritise acquisition and onboarding opportunities.
  • Design, launch, and analyse A/B tests with engineering, design, and analytics teams to optimise conversion, upsell, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and test new pricing models, subscription plans, and promotional strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Continuously monitor and interpret data to surface actionable insights and track key growth metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Balance business goals with delivering a seamless, trustworthy, and engaging experience for patients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management with a significant focus on growth, conversion optimisation, or monetisation strategies.
  • Experience working in high-growth digital businesses; healthtech or telehealth experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in experimentation design and A/B testing.
  • Deep understanding of customer behaviour, acquisition funnels, and monetisation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and motivated by complex problems.
