What you will do

• Build scalable solutions to automate manual workflows and integrate client systems via APIs.
• Develop performant services and backend logic using Node.js, Python, Docker, and GraphQL.
• Contribute to designing modular, reusable systems and ensure integrations are robust, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Balance engineering-heavy initiatives with prompt/business logic development.
• Deploy components in containerized environments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing development, automating processes, and integrating with APIs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/Node.js, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• 2–3 years of platform development experience using Node.js, Python, Docker, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with backend engineering, frontend development, or prompt engineering.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, paired with strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or cloud environments.
