What you will do
- Work in collaboration with the client as Brand Guardian.
- Lead a small independent team as the single point of contact.
- Collaborate with the client's internal stakeholders to define and execute a digital-first strategy.
- Ensure delivery of performance marketing goals with clear KPIs and reporting.
- Take overall financial control of accounts, including profitability and fee negotiation.
- Lead the implementation and integration of the new marketing team.
Requirements
- Excellent client engagement skills with ability to proactively influence clients.
- Excellent account leadership skills with developed financial and commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of commercial growth across new and existing business.
- First-rate communication skills with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently while managing junior team members.
