What you will do

• Act as the media-relations point of contact and promote and maintain the hirify.global brand.
• Plan strategic sales activities, source leads, and assess potential projects.
• Create public-relations content about hirify.global and industry developments.
• Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Measure marketing campaign performance and evaluate results against goals.
• Manage SEO/SEM, online communities, and business development across Discord, Patreon, and other platforms.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content marketing for an agency or company.
• Highly proficient spoken and written English or German.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to create SEO-optimized content about complex topics.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, or WebTrends.
• Editorial knowledge of WordPress and experience with newsletter systems and email templates.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a rigorous, outcome-driven approach.
