What you will do

• Manage and scale large annual Facebook Ads budgets across key campaign types (Conversions, Traffic, Demand Gen).
• Lead creative and content testing efforts collaborating with design team.
• Build and test diverse audience strategies including custom audiences and lookalikes.
• Analyze multi-touch attribution data to understand campaign performance.
• Own KPIs and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Stay updated on latest platform features, AI, and automation tools.
• Suggest data-driven improvements for landing pages and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Belgrade, Serbia with hybrid work availability.
• 1+ years experience managing and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with focus on e-commerce conversions.
• Proven experience managing mid-to-high six-figure monthly ad budgets.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest advertising.
