What you will do

  • Engage in ITIL strategy discussions to create rich employee experiences with ITSM practices and tools.
  • Develop frameworks that comply with Business Technology Standards and integrate with all ITSM practices.
  • Ensure ITSM processes are aligned across the organization and follow ITIL best practices.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of ITSM practices and tools across the enterprise.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, teams, tools, and partners.
  • Create clarity for the Service Enablement Alignment & Strategy Office team in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of ITSM practice experience.
  • Strong background in cloud and ITSM software for enterprise.
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • ITIL v3 fundamentals certification or higher.

Nice to have

  • BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical experience.
