What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team of up to 4 people.
• Manage a yearly budget of ±3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads within target markets.
• Adapt and execute the company's marketing strategy.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure an accurate account of marketing costs.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance.
• Identify complex challenges and communicate solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Paid Search experience, including implementing text and shopping campaigns and strong PPC knowledge.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
• Proven track record in managing a small digital marketing team.
• Strong understanding of Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and numerical skills.
• Understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an e-commerce context.
