What you will do

  • Manage assigned accounts to ensure customer health, retention, and growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Orchestrate post-sales activities, including QBRs, renewals, and upsells.
  • Inspire and support customer adoption and expansion of Cato's technology.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be based in Japan
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or sales at a high-growth SaaS or technology vendor.
  • Solid command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find sustainable solutions.
  • Well-organized and effective in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to networking or security software solutions.
  • Additional languages.
