What you will do

• Day-to-day manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team for up to 4 people, split between Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage a yearly budget of ±3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads within target markets (Online E-Commerce stores in the US, UK, and EU).
• Adapt and execute the company's marketing strategy.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure accurate account of marketing costs.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance, identifying and communicating solutions to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and translate them into business opportunities.

Requirements

• +2 years of hands-on Google Paid Search experience is required. This includes implementing text and shopping campaigns, and strong knowledge of PPC best practices.
• +1 year experience in Meta Ads.
• Proven track record in managing a small marketing team within digital marketing.
• Hands-on approach to workload.
• Understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an e-commerce context.
• Numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets.
