What you will do
- Proactively source high-quality digital professionals across multiple regions using LinkedIn and niche platforms.
- Build, test, and optimize outreach campaigns to improve response and conversion rates.
- Conduct high-quality resume reviews and initial interviews, assessing both role fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule complex international interview processes across multiple time zones.
- Maintain and optimize BambooHR ATS, keeping data clean, structured, and visible.
- Document and improve sourcing, screening, and coordination best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong experience with sourcing and outreach, especially for digital or tech-related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with recruitment tools and ATS systems (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
- Interest in digital professions (media, tech, marketing, product, AI-related roles).
- Must be based in Europe or West Asia for optimal time zone overlap.

- Experience recruiting across multiple regions and markets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
