TL;DR

Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist: Proactively sourcing high-quality digital professionals, owning candidate pipelines, and managing the full recruitment cycle with an accent on investigating sourcing strategies, optimizing outreach campaigns, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Focus on finding strong, unique digital talent, maintaining ATS data, and continuously improving recruitment metrics and best practices.

Location: Fully remote. Must be based in Europe or West Asia for optimal time zone overlap.

What you will do

  • Proactively source high-quality digital professionals across multiple regions using LinkedIn and niche platforms.
  • Build, test, and optimize outreach campaigns to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Conduct high-quality resume reviews and initial interviews, assessing both role fit and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule complex international interview processes across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and optimize BambooHR ATS, keeping data clean, structured, and visible.
  • Document and improve sourcing, screening, and coordination best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Strong experience with sourcing and outreach, especially for digital or tech-related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment tools and ATS systems (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
  • Interest in digital professions (media, tech, marketing, product, AI-related roles).
  • Must be based in Europe or West Asia for optimal time zone overlap.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting across multiple regions and markets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working in a remote-first or international company.
  • A strong learning mindset and desire to grow into a high-impact Talent Acquisition professional.
