What you will do

• Ensure Technical Art projects are creatively outstanding and of high technical quality.
• Develop software and hardware solutions tailored to the needs of various projects and clients.
• Improve hirify.global’s internal pipelines and tools.
• Troubleshoot technical and project-related issues, including people, processes, tools, and workflow.
• Optimize pipelines, processes, and assets for game engines.
• Push graphical boundaries through experimentation.

Requirements

• Demonstrable understanding of at least one scripting language such as Python, C# or C++.
• Demonstrable understanding of game development in Unreal Engine with Blueprint Scripting.
• Ideally demonstrable experience of making tools with Houdini.
• Understanding of methods for optimizing pipelines, processes and assets for game engines.
• Understanding of industry standard 3D software packages (Maya, 3D Studio Max, Motion Builder, zBrush etc).
• Experience and understanding of art/animation pipelines on modern game consoles.
