What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert in the product.
• Create, update, and maintain customer-facing documentation for the hirify.global Help Center and Developer Hub.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to understand the product and identify documentation needs.
• Manage multiple documentation tasks within sprint cycles.
• Contribute to other technical knowledge articles and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in writing, editing, and reviewing technical documentation for B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to gather and synthesize complex information into cohesive narratives.
• Experience operating flexibly in fast-paced, evolving team environments.
• Proficiency with static site generators, markup languages like Markdown/MDX, and docs-as-code tools like GitHub.
• Understanding of API best practices, including API specs and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of cloud technology (AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes).
• Experience and knowledge of DocOps.
