What you will do
- Become a subject matter expert in the product.
- Create, update, and maintain customer-facing documentation for the hirify.global Help Center and Developer Hub.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to understand the product and identify documentation needs.
- Manage multiple documentation tasks within sprint cycles.
- Contribute to other technical knowledge articles and process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in writing, editing, and reviewing technical documentation for B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ability to gather and synthesize complex information into cohesive narratives.
- Experience operating flexibly in fast-paced, evolving team environments.
- Proficiency with static site generators, markup languages like Markdown/MDX, and docs-as-code tools like GitHub.
- Understanding of API best practices, including API specs and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of cloud technology (AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes).
- Experience and knowledge of DocOps.
