What you will do

  • Support the development and execution of the strategy for the customer experience and design function.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of service, experience and design processes, policies and procedures that support a customer-centric culture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into all product and service decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure optimal customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer feedback data to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • min. 5 years of experience in Manager position.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use customer feedback data to drive business decisions.
  • Customer experience design principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms, applications, and technologies.
  • Business Acumen
  • Fluent written and spoken English
