What you will do
- Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure.
- Manage and configure application releases or guide the customer to do so.
- Configure the application according to the requirements provided by the client.
- Proactively participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades.
- Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken.
- Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases.
- Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts.
- Good knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc).
- Good knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc.).
- Decent experience with information system troubleshooting.
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking software and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous.
- DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift.
- Proven experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
