What you will do

• Provide first and second-line IT support for daily IT issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Support IT projects and help maintain smooth system operations.
• Assist with general IT administration tasks and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
• Some experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support.
• Confidence working with Windows 10/11.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Office 365 apps (including Teams).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Relevant IT experience or studies (e.g., Computer Science).

Nice to have

• Experience using ServiceNow or another IT ticketing system.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or ITIL.
