What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes across multiple security workstreams.
• Oversee programme governance, risk management, and reporting for technology and security programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, digital, data, and business units for seamless integration.
• Manage programme budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure robust technical architecture and infrastructure planning in collaboration with security, enterprise architects, and engineering leads.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation and user adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading large-scale technology programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience in enterprise programme delivery.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance in technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise platform implementations.
