What you will do

• Deliver actionable recommendations for product enhancements and overall business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights that improve the customer experience.
• Partner with the product team to refine experimentation processes for data-driven decision-making.
• Validate product hypotheses and connect results to business metrics.
• Establish key indicators to track critical aspects of the business.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in interpreting data and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau (or other data visualization tools).
• Familiarity with statistics and hypothesis testing principles.
• Adept at breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Airflow and Amplitude.
