What you will do

• Define and execute the global strategy for Solutions Consultants, emphasizing pre-sales support to drive revenue.
• Set long-term goals and success metrics for the function, including product demonstrations.
• Influence organizational strategy using insights on customer needs and market trends.
• Represent Solutions Consultants in leadership and strategic planning sessions.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic leadership within Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven ability to define and execute global strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global’s products or experience in related industries.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• English proficiency required (other languages beneficial).
